Our value proposition is the value chain work, or the union between the touristic entrepreneurs of the western zone, which are part of the consortium. As members of the group, they will contribute to position the western zone in the touristic view of Costa Rica both nationally and internationally.
The pandemic made us find a solution to continue as touristic entrepreneurs. Creating the group would give us the appropriate tools to expose our region.
We want to be a region that meets all the requirements of universal accessibility to make it clear that “everyone can travel”. The accessibility of our businesses and the physical environment will allow us to receive anyone who has a disability. We must always be inclusive towards everyone; therefore, it is essential to train us to learn sign language, customer service for clients with disabilities, and more. We have a naturally rich region, that’s why we must consider sustainability as the backbone to guarantee the balance between the economy growth, protection of the environment, and social well-being
